RSI combines Phalen’s knowledge of investments and transaction structuring with Bellande’s successful experience as a manager, owner and operator of senior housing communities. Their unique blend of background expertise places RSI in a strong position to proactively identify and manage investment properties promising above average market returns. Bellande’s position as owner and operator of Renaissance Senior Communities (RSC) underpins RSI’s ability successfully manage and strengthen both performing and under-performing properties.
