RENAISSANCE SENIOR INVESTMENTS

With offices in the Louisville, Kentucky and Hoboken, New Jersey, Renaissance Senior Investments, LLC (“RSI”) is an entity whose mission is to make investments in selected senior housing communities throughout the United States. The target communities will be standalone assisted living facilities, memory-impaired facilities and independent living facilities, as well as continuing care retirement centers.  RSI strives to obtain an above-market rate of return for its investors by selecting communities where value can be added. This includes replacing management with superior managers, expanding the community, or working with a current lender to reduce the amount of debt on the community.  RSI will leverage its close relationship with Renaissance Senior Communities, Inc., a full-service senior housing management company, in order to provide management of the highest quality to each facility.

RSI is lead by two industry professionals (see RSI Personel) who bring over 50 years of combined Senior Housing investment experience. This allows the team to draw upon its depth of knowledge when tackling difficult investments, which ultimately lead to high returns for the investor.
